Job Overview

We are looking for experienced and technically proficient Sales Engineers to support our water and wastewater projects across India. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in ETP/STP/WTP systems and the ability to manage the full sales lifecycle—from client consultation to project execution and after-sales support.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Technical Sales Support

  • Understand customer requirements related to water treatment.
  • Recommend solutions such as RO systems, chemical dosing, filtration, and more.
  • Deliver presentations to explain technical offerings and benefits.

2. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build relationships with industrial clients, municipalities, and commercial facilities.
  • Conduct site audits, identify customer pain points, and provide solutions.
  • Handle after-sales queries and technical troubleshooting.

3. Proposal & Quotation Development

  • Draft proposals including scope of work, pricing, and specifications.
  • Assist with BOQ preparation, cost estimations, and documentation.
  • Negotiate contract terms and assist in deal closure.

4. Project Coordination (Pre & Post Sales)

  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams.
  • Monitor timelines, track material deliveries, and support installations.
  • Participate in commissioning and start-up activities when necessary.

5. Market Intelligence & Business Development

  • Identify opportunities in industrial, commercial, and municipal sectors.
  • Monitor competitors and stay updated with industry trends.
  • Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions.

Preferred Skills

  • Strong technical understanding of STP/ETP/WTP projects
  • Proven track record in technical sales and customer engagement
  • Excellent communication, proposal writing, and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively across India
