Job Overview

You will support our core operations by managing inventory, logistics, supplier coordination, and process optimisation.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Supply Chain Strategy

Assist in developing and implementing strategies that align with business goals.
Monitor supply chain performance and suggest actionable improvements.

2. Supplier Management

Build and maintain supplier relationships.
Participate in contract negotiations and ensure regulatory compliance.

3. Inventory Management

Monitor stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
Optimise inventory turnover and storage efficiency.

4. Logistics & Transportation

Coordinate transportation and warehousing operations.
Ensure timely movement and delivery of goods.

5. Cost Optimisation

Identify opportunities to reduce procurement and logistics costs.
Work with vendors to explore cost-effective alternatives.

6. Risk Management

Contribute to the development of risk mitigation strategies for supply disruptions.

7. Cross-functional Collaboration

Coordinate with teams from sales, production, and procurement to ensure smooth workflows.

8. Data Analysis

Analyse supply chain data to detect trends and bottlenecks.
Generate reports for internal use and decision-making.

9. Process Improvement

Suggest and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and service levels.
