High Purity Water Treatment Plant
High Purity Water Treatment Plant & Ultra Pure Water Systems

In industries where process precision, yield stability, and regulatory compliance are non-negotiable, water quality becomes a critical utility—not a support function. Even trace levels of ionic, organic, or microbial contamination can disrupt operations, damage equipment, and compromise product integrity.
Hubert Enviro Care Systems (HECS) designs and delivers High Purity Water Treatment Plants and Ultra Pure Water Treatment Systems engineered for semiconductors, pharmaceuticals, microelectronics, green hydrogen, power plants, and critical manufacturing facilities. Our solutions are built to meet stringent quality benchmarks while ensuring long-term operational reliability and optimized lifecycle cost.
High Purity Water Treatment Systems for Semiconductor & Microelectronics Applications

High Purity Water is the backbone utility for semiconductor fabs, PV solar manufacturing, and microelectronics production. It is used extensively in wafer cleaning, rinsing, etching, and surface preparation—where even nanogram-level contamination can lead to yield loss.
HECS delivers High Purity Water systems engineered for extremely low conductivity, high resistivity, and consistent purity, designed to operate reliably under continuous industrial demand.
Key High Purity Water Performance Parameters:
Conductivity: ≤ 0.01 µS/cm
Resistivity: ≥ 18.2 MΩ·cm
Ultra-low TOC and particulate levels
Microbiologically controlled distribution loops
HECS High Purity Water System Design Capabilities:
Multi-stage RO with advanced pretreatment
Continuous Electro-Deionization (CEDI)
Denazification, UV oxidation, and ultra-filtration
Polishing loops designed for clean room environments
Automation via PLC/SCADA for real-time quality control
Our High Purity Water systems are engineered to support Class-1 clean room compatibility and high-throughput fabrication environments.
Demineralized (DM) Water Systems for Green Hydrogen & Process Industries

Demineralized Water plays a critical role in green hydrogen electrolysis, refineries, fertilizers, power plants, and petrochemical operations, where low ionic content is essential to protect process equipment and maintain system efficiency.
HECS provides custom-engineered DM water plants designed for high reliability across raw water, borewell, brackish, and industrial feed sources.
Why HECS DM Water Systems:
Complete DM packages with RO + EDI / MB polishing
Designed for high recovery and stable operation
Seamless integration with ZLD and water reuse systems
Automation-ready for minimal operator dependency
Proven across large-scale industrial installations in India
Our DM systems are widely deployed in energy transition projects, including green hydrogen facilities, where consistent water quality is mission-critical.
High Purity Water Treatment Process – Engineered by HECS
1. Pre-Treatment
Raw water undergoes advanced pretreatment to remove suspended solids, turbidity, chlorine, and organics. This stage may include:
Multimedia filtration
Activated carbon filtration
Coagulation and disinfection
2. Primary Purification
High-pressure Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems remove dissolved salts, ions, and organic matter, producing low-conductivity permeate suitable for further polishing.
3. Polishing Treatment
Polishing systems such as EDI or mixed-bed ion exchange remove residual ions, achieving high purity or ultrapure water specifications.
4. Final Filtration & Disinfection
Final polishing includes UV treatment, ultra-filtration, and controlled disinfection, ensuring microbial safety and stable distribution quality.
Technologies Used in HECS High Purity Water Plants
Reverse Osmosis (RO) – High rejection of dissolved solids
Electro-Deionization (EDI) – Continuous ultrapure water without chemical regeneration
Ion Exchange (MB/DI) – Final polishing for critical purity
Ultrafiltration (UF) – Removal of colloids and microorganisms
UV Oxidation – TOC and microbial control
Each system is selected based on feed water quality, application criticality, and operating philosophy.
