Our participation at Water Today Expo 2025 marked a key milestone in HECS’s journey to revolutionize how India approaches wastewater management. With growing concerns around water scarcity, pollution, and environmental compliance, the spotlight is now on eco-friendly water treatment systems that are both efficient and adaptable. 

HECS’s stall drew hundreds of visitors—ranging from municipal authorities and industry decision-makers to civil engineers and environmental consultants—all keen to explore next-gen treatment technologies for black water, grey water, and industrial effluents. 

Highlights of the Showcase 

Our technical team and engineers presented a wide range of wastewater treatment solutions, all developed with a focus on biological efficiency, automation, and minimal operational cost. Some of the key technologies demonstrated included: 

•  Advanced Biological Treatment Systems
  Ideal for treating sewage in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. Our 
  systems use aerobic and anaerobic microbes to break down organic waste, drastically reducing sludge generation. 
   
• AI-Powered Black Water Treatment Plants
  HECS introduced India’s first AI-based black water treatment module, designed 
  to monitor and optimize performance in real-time. This innovation supports remote monitoring, predictive maintenance, and intelligent dosing, setting a new standard in operational control. 
   
• Compact STPs for Urban Spaces
  With space constraints in cities, HECS has developed compact sewage 
  treatment plants (STPs) that are easy to install and maintain, perfect for apartments, hospitals, hotels, and office buildings. 
   

• Membrane Filtration & Tertiary Treatment Units
  Our filtration systems use ultrafiltration and MBR (membrane bioreactor) 
  technology to ensure treated water meets reuse standards, suitable for landscaping, flushing, and industrial processes.

Our team engaged in high-value discussions with architects, consultants, and government officials on how to make decentralised wastewater treatment the norm in smart cities and green infrastructure projects. 
  We also received inquiries for our custom-built ETPs (Effluent Treatment Plants) and zero liquid discharge (ZLD) systems, especially from textile, pharma, and chemical industries looking to enhance their compliance and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) scores.
