Job Overview

HECS is hiring experienced Lab Marketing Managers to lead regional business development across Mangalore and Bangalore. This role requires in-depth domain knowledge of lab testing services, including food, soil, water quality, and environmental analysis. You will be responsible for developing targeted marketing strategies, ensuring regulatory alignment, and building strong client relationships.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Targeted Marketing Strategies

• Design custom marketing plans for lab services like food testing, soil analysis, water and environmental testing.
• Understand the needs of diverse client groups—food manufacturers, agricultural firms, environmental bodies, and landowners.

2. Regulatory Compliance & Communication

• Stay up-to-date on FSSAI standards (for food), CPCB regulations (for water and soil), and ensure compliance messaging in all communication.
• Position HECS labs as experts in certified and regulatory-aligned testing.

3. Stakeholder Relationship Management

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, regulators, industry associations, and community influencers.

4. Team Collaboration

• Work closely with both technical and marketing teams to develop campaigns, service offers, and lead generation funnels tailored to each segment.

• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and audit-driven marketing
